1st post (of many, we hope!)

Welcome to Lazababies!

We've decided to write this blog as a way of remembering all of the wonderful things that our children say and do.

At the moment we have one daughter, Maayan, and one baby on the way PG. Heidi is 20 weeks pregnant and we have just felt the baby kicking for the first time.

We are writing this blog because we realise how important it can be for someone to know what they were like as a child. Neither Heidi nor I have particularly good memories so we're hoping that this blog will be there for us all to look back on for years to come, to help us remember all of the best bits of our children's early years.

Maayani is already 2 and a bit so we will add stories, pictures and videos of her first couple of years, as and when we remember them.

So, here goes, with our first amusing anecdote...

Today during dinner, Aba decidedto amuse himself by letting out a huge burp. Maayani turned to Aba and said "No more". "No more what?" replied Aba... "No more bleeeuuuurrrrgghhh" said Maayan! It was a beautiful telling off from daughter to father that, to be fair, was entirely deserved!

Anyway, that's it for now, but there will be more to follow, very soon...
